Firas Hammoudi is the Founder and Principal of Circle Bridge Legal. Prior to founding Circle Bridge Legal, he worked at a number of successful CBD law firms, gaining a wealth of experience while working in diverse practice areas including banking and finance, family law, commercial law, civil litigation, property and real estate, asset protection and estate planning, and criminal law.

Firas is passionate about the region he calls home: greater Western Sydney. He is increasingly turned to as a strong adviser to influential individuals and businesses in the region. He has an avowed mission to help power the commercial and communal growth of Australia’s most exciting growth frontier, powered by a new international airport which is changing the complexion of the region and fuelling once-in-a-century opportunities. 

In this context, Firas is seen as a leader in commercial and corporate law, particularly in commercial transaction and civil litigation. He counts prominent developers, construction companies and retail businesses as some of his most prominent clients.

Firas is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia. He holds university qualifications in both Accounting and Law, including a Master of Laws specialising in Corporate, Commercial and Tax.

Firas is a regular contributor to legal journals and publications. His publications include writings on consumer law (particularly in the digital context), copyright and corporations law generally.

Outside of work, Firas is a volunteer in the community, dedicating his time and expertise through pro-bono legal advice to disadvantaged individuals who do not have access to government support. Firas is passionate about social justice, particularly from a legal perspective, and is driven by the belief that all individuals should have access to quality legal services, regardless of socio-economic circumstance.

Firas enjoys serving clients of a variety of cultural backgrounds. He is a fluent speaker of Arabic and services clients of Arabic-speaking backgrounds.
